RESERVATIONS POLICY

All reservations require a pre payment deposit depending on the season, even those reservations made with online agencies or any other third party company. If you have a specific situation because of the country of your precedence, please contact us and we will be glad to provide and an alternative payment form. Reservationswithoutprepaymentwillnot be confirmed. Wekindlyaskyoutoonlybookthenightsyou are sureyouwill be staying. All charges are done in Mexican Pesos. The hotel is not responsible for an exchange rate fluctuation or any bank fee associatedbythe use of a credit card.



For reservations staying from January 5 until December 20:
*A 50% deposit will be charged at time of booking. The balance ispaid at hotel check in.

For reservations staying from December 21 until January 4:
*50% will be charged at time of booking
*The rest will be charged 30 days prior to arrival

RATES:
The roomrate in studio sis for two persons per room. In our One Bed room Apartment, the rate is for up to four people. The Two Bed room Apartment has a ratefor up to 6 people.
A fee of 15 USD (taxes included) per night will be charged for each additional bed (only when the space let us to add an extra bed).
Rates do not include taxes (IVA 16% and Lodging 3%).

RATE EXCHANGE: The hotel charges the deposit in local currency (MXN). The exchange rate in our country is subject to fluctuations according to the international money market. Therefore, if a credit card is submitted as a way of payment, a slight difference in the amount posted in the final statement of the bank and our accountmay be reflected. The hotel is not responsible for these discrepancies and will apply the hotel's exchange rate of the day.

CANCELLATIONS::
For reservations staying from January 5 until December 20:
*More than forteen days before the date of arrival, 100% refundable
*For teen days or less before the arrival date, not refundable

Un used nights, no-shows and/or early departures are not refundable. The policy applies to cancellations for cedbyunfore seen events such as lost flights, cancelled flights, expired passports, illness, strikes, weather situation, etc.

CREDIT CARDS:
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. If you pay with American Express, please submit the security code in comments or notes in your reservation. If we don’t receive it we will contact you to request the code.
All guests are required to present the credit card that was used in the reservation payment at check in. Additionally a photo ID (driver’slicense, state ID, Mexican identification or passport) must be presented. The name on the credit card must match the name on the ID.

If the person who paid for the reservation will not be present at check in, please contact the reservations department at info@clubyebo.com tovalidate the credit card and authorize the charge. Other, we willnot be able to deliver the room key.
Customer signature in creditcardvoucherswill be required at check in.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. onwards. If you arrive earlier, we can store your luggage until your room is ready.
Checkout is at noon. Guestswhoal ready checked out, but are not yet departing can ask at the front desk for assistance in storing any luggage. Late checkouts are available on request and are subject to room availability and occupancy level. Please check with the hotel’s front desk on the day of your departure for the availability of a late check out. An extra charge may be incurred.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

  • Petsorservicepets are notallowed.
  • Our hotel is a peaceful and tranquil place. This is why we do not accept loud guests that create disturbances or threat enany other guests or hotel staff.
  • All rooms are no smoking. Garden areas and terraces are smoking areas. An extra charge may apply in cases where there is any smoking inside rooms
  • Specific room location or unit number can’t be guaranteed due to unexpected changes in the hotel’s daily operation.
  • However, we will note your request and do our best to provide the room of your prefer enceor at least a similar room.
  • There is no restaurant on site. However, we have breakfasts discount at Imprevist and Indigo Beach, please contact Front desk staff to know more about this.
  • There are no phones in the rooms.
  • TV cable service is provided by a local Mexican company so there are no for eign channels in the list beside those included in the regular cable service.
  • The Wi-Fi connection in therooms and common areas are acceptable for the region. We provide 10 M, which may be in sufficient for certain pages or internet activities.
  • If transportation service is required, please submit the flight information by email to the hotel at least three days prior to arrival.
  • Lost room keys, damages in sheets or bedding clothes and/or lost beach towels will incur additional charges at checkout.
